Solution
A search engine and public platform have been developed to enable property owners to search and share their unpleasant rental experiences.
Our platform facilitates property owners in sharing their negative experiences with tenants, along with their basic personal information (in compliance with privacy regulations). This information includes tenant names, the first few digits of their HKID, and their behavior, among other details. We collate data from diverse sources and combine it with the information provided by property owners to develop a comprehensive background check system. Property owners can conveniently search for a potential tenant's name on our platform and make an informed decision to avoid problematic tenants.
